Digital skills training for people impacted by the justice system

In June 2022, Grow with Google launched a $4 million fund for nonprofits to bring lessons on digital skills to justice-impacted individuals. Hundreds of organizations from across the country submitted ideas and DWA with the partnership of Global Tax Bridge Initiative (GBTI) were one of 4 Texas organizations selected Nov 2022.

With the help of organizations like DWA & GTBI across the country, Google launches the the initiative to equip 100,000 people with skills they need to find a job, start a business, or enhance their careers, equipping formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted people with critical digital skills they can use to get a job or start a business.
