Corporate HR manager of Performance Construction shared his endorsement of GTEC’s mission to help the local workforce get industrial jobs with no experience with their pre apprenticeship programs.
Chet Ferachi said, “Since February 2020, Performance Contractors, Inc and the Golden Triangle Empowerment Center, along with Digital Workforce Academy, have formed a successful relationship that allows individuals to receive training and employment form our companies for the Motiva CEP Project.
At the start of the Motiva CEP Project, GTECH and DWA have agreed to train individuals through NCCER Core Training. Upon completing and graduating from the training, Performance hires the individual as helper to work. This agreement has really aided our company in staffing essential helper positions with trained individuals from our local area. Both facilities have done an excellent job at pre-screening each individual to ensure that we receive the quality employees we need and expect. They have insured that each individual has and understands the soft skills required to work in our industry.
We are very excited and pleased with the relationship we have formed and look forward to its continued success.”
