“This program is a blessing. It’s a great opportunity for anybody looking to get into the refineries, the construction business and home improvement. It gives you a broad spectrum of information.
It doesn’t matter your age, if you’re male or female, your race. Anyone can be a part of this and help their future to be quite a bit brighter than it is now.”
